座落於西本願寺旁，整體以「復古精品」作為核心語彙，串連接待中心與樣板間的完整敘事。接待中心以深咖啡大地色特殊漆打造精品櫥窗般的迎賓場景，展示沙發與建案模型，奠定精緻沉穩的第一印象。透過弧型天花與柔和線條放大空間尺度，洽談區窗景延伸至寺院綠意，並以 Cassina 馬鞍皮革椅、木紋洽談桌與雕塑感金屬桌腳呈現現代雅致。展示空間延續整體的精品節奏，引入 義大利 Tabu 木皮、皮革電視牆與變形多功能家具，將復古質地與當代生活需求融合，使空間在細節與氣韻上同時展現實用性與獨特美學。
Situated beside Nishi Honganji, the project adopts a refined “modern vintage boutique” tone that links the reception and showflat into one narrative. The first-floor reception features deep earthy finishes and a boutique-style display, setting a composed, elegant mood. Upstairs, curved ceilings and soft lines expand the space, framing tranquil temple views with Cassina saddle-leather chairs and sculptural metal details.
The showflat continues this language through Italian Tabu veneer, a leather-paneled TV wall, and adaptable furniture—merging vintage texture with modern practicality for a distinctive, crafted living environment.
