新潤 世界都心以長住型寓邸為設計出發點，重新思考國際都會中的居住方式。空間結合國際飯店的細膩尺度與住宅所需的安定感，回應高端商務人士對日常生活品質的期待。整體規劃著重於被細心思考過的生活節奏，讓設計自然回歸居住本質。從空間比例、動線安排到材質選擇，皆圍繞長時間居住的舒適與從容，形塑一處低調、高端且具生活深度的都會寓邸。
Designed as a long-stay residence, the project redefines urban living for international professionals. The interior balances hotel-level refinement with the comfort and stability of a home, creating an elevated yet grounded living environment. Guided by a thoughtfully considered lifestyle, the design allows space, circulation, and materials to support everyday routines with ease. Calm, understated, and enduring, the residence offers a living experience that feels familiar—yet distinctly elevated.
