新潤 River One 以「寓邸，而非傳統飯店」作為設計核心，回應國際商務人士對長住生活的期待。空間融合國際飯店的服務尺度與住宅的安定感，形塑一處像家，卻比家更好的居所。整體設計圍繞被細心思考過的生活方式展開，讓空間回歸居住本質。從尺度拿捏、動線安排到材質選擇，皆服務於長時間生活的日常節奏，營造高端、從容且具生活深度的長住型寓邸體驗。
River One is conceived as a residence rather than a conventional hotel, designed for long-term living with international professionals in mind. Blending the comfort of home with the refinement of hotel living, the space offers a calm, elevated residential experience. The design is shaped around a thoughtfully considered lifestyle, allowing proportions, circulation, and material choices to support everyday rhythms over time. Subtle, composed, and deeply livable, River One presents a place that feels like home—only better.
